Stick & Puck is a public session designed for players aged 14 and up to work on hockey skills in a non-game, open-ice setting. Whether you're practicing shooting, passing, or puck control, this is the perfect opportunity to focus on development at your own pace. All participants are required to wear a helmet Participants under 18 must wear a helmet with full cage Full hockey gear is not required Great for all skill levels — come sharpen your game! Ages: 14+.
