September 23 – Roadmap for Living: planning for aging well Join this discussion about your plans for the next 5, 10 or 20 years and beyond! What will you do for fun; what challenges might you encounter; where will you live; what kind of help might you need? October 28 – It’s Not Right: Recognize abuse and neglect and how to respond You are invited to join us for this dynamic workshop. The workshop teaches people how to recognize warning signs of abuse and neglect of older adults and to respond safely and supportively. November 25 - Age-Friendly Cities: What Makes a Community Senior-Friendly? We will consider the factors that create age-friendly communities and explore how Campbell River measures up. What can we do to improve conditions for our aging population? Ages 50+, Co-ed. Fourth Wednesday of every month.
