Fun and challenging, this 60 minute high-energy cardio workout can be performed in either deep or shallow water. The instructor presents simple but powerful choreography that targets cardio, strength, core and flexibility. A variety of aquatic fitness techniques are used including travel, speed variation, pool equipment (provided), and use of the wall. Once a month we turn up the intensity for a dual-depth HITT class format with timed periods of work and rest.
