Ages 15+ Registration fee $91.43 NO CLASS NOVEMBER 11 Boxing is a great way to tone abdominal muscles, strengthen the mind and body, and work on cardio. Join this class to learn boxing fundamentals or advance your existing technique. No experience necessary! All levels welcome. Remember to Bring: Your own hand wraps and a full water bottle. Drop-ins (ages 15+) are welcome, all drop ins must be done in person! Payment by cash or credit card on file. Drop-in fee: $20 (Please bring exact change, instructors are not permitted to carry or give change to participants) Please note that the activity fee displayed is the full cost of the program.
