Ages Any Registration fee $68.57 NO CLASS OCT 12 In our creative movement classes we will discover many different concepts together ranging from: balance, body parts, speed, space, shape, flow, direction and more! These explorations will be gentle invitations, always with the priority of listening to your own body and how much you want to engage. We will explore these concepts using imagery, games, breath, voice-work, and props. Creative movement can help people develop their sense of personal space and boundaries, relationship skills, a connection to their bodies, a sense of musicality and rhythm, and confidence within themselves and their artistic expression. Drop-ins are welcome, all drop ins must be done in person! Payment by cash or credit card on file. Drop-in fee: $15 (Please bring exact change, instructors are not permitted to carry or give change to participants) Please note that the activity fee displayed is the full cost of the program.
