Every Friday, there’s a Dementia Support Group meeting open to anyone living with dementia and their caregivers. No sign-up, no pressure — just a regular space to talk, connect, share a coffee, or just be around others who truly get it. You don’t need to come with a plan or appointment. These aren’t formal sessions, but there are always volunteers around if you have questions or just want a little extra support. Folks 60+ are especially welcome, and there’s no cost to join. If you or someone close to you could use some company and a chat, this is a good way to be around people who understand. 💬 It’s about making things a little easier for everyone in the community.
