Tuesdays 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm Ages 10 - 13 Join our 8-week Volleyball Academy, designed specifically for athletes in Grades 6–8 who want to develop strong fundamental skills, increase their confidence on the court, and prepare for upcoming club volleyball tryouts. No prior volleyball experience is necessary. Whether you're new to the game or looking to take your skills to the next level, each session will provide high-quality instruction in a positive, supportive, and challenging environment. Players will receive individualized coaching while learning the technical and tactical skills needed to succeed in volleyball. Athletes will develop: Serving, passing, setting, attacking, and defensive fundamentals Game strategy and court awareness Communication, teamwork, and leadership Meet Your Coaches: Kailee Deacon Head Coach, BCO Volleyball Club 15U Girls (North Vancouver) Top 10 finish at Nationals in Calgary (May 2026) 2025 Provincial Silver Medalist, 2026 Provincial Bronze Medalist Over 18 years of coaching experience developing youth athletes in school and club volleyball. Dylan Groman Physical & Health Educator, Island Pacific School (IPS) Head Coach of Volleyball, Basketball, and Ultimate Frisbee Dylan brings a wealth of experience in athletic development, physical literacy, and school sport coaching. His energetic coaching style focuses on helping athletes improve movement, decision-making, teamwork, and confidence while having fun.
