In this class, you’ll choose your own favourite flower as inspiration and paint it on canvas using acrylic paints against a beautiful gold leaf background. You’ll also learn the basics of gold leaf application, including how to prepare your surface and apply gold leaf to create a luminous, textured backdrop for your painting. No previous painting experience is necessary. With step by step instruction and plenty of creative freedom, you’ll leave with a unique floral artwork that combines rich colour, texture, and the glow of real gold.
