This calming hybrid class combines the grounding practice of Hatha yoga with the restorative techniques of Yamuna body rolling. Participants will slow down, release tension, and reconnect with their breath through gentle, meditative movement and mindful ball work. Guided inversions and supported postures against the wall help release anxious energy, improve circulation, and fill the body with lightness and calm. This class is ideal for anyone seeking balance, clarity, and a deep sense of inner peace. This class is taught by Amrita Sondhi who graduated with excellence from Kairos in 2002 where she studied for 4 years in the teachers’ training program with the veteran yoga teacher Sandra Sammartino. She has been teaching hatha yoga for 23 years. To find out more about Amrita click her instructor profile below! Drop-ins (ages 15+) are welcome, all drop ins must be done in person! Payment by cash or credit card on file. Drop-in fee: $20 (Please bring exact change, instructors are not permitted to carry or give change to participants) Please note that the activity fee displayed is the full cost of the program.
