Sourced from medieval manuals, dedicated to the Longsword, various short swords, Shield, Rapier & Dagger, Rondel Dagger & Grappling, and Quarterstaff. Classes feature a warm-up, demo of fundamental concepts, followed by flow-drills, and work in pairs. Safety mindedness is required. Intro or HEMA experience is a prerequisite for Core. Limited Space is available for the Drop In Program Ages: 12 to 100.
