Time Correction: Please note there was a misprint in the Fall schedule! This class runs from 12:00 - 1:00pm. Get ready for a fun, full-body workout that builds strength, endurance, and confidence. This high-energy class will teach you how to punch, kick, and defend yourself with effective techniques while improving cardio fitness and core strength through dynamic resistance exercises. Whether you're a beginner or have experience, this class will leave you feeling strong and empowered. Instructor Paola brings 12 years of Taekwondo experience and holds a second-degree black belt. With her expert guidance, you'll learn proper form, technique, and practical self-defense skills in a supportive and engaging environment. Priority will be given to participants who have pre-booked. Drop-in's will be allowed only if space is available. Drop-ins (ages 15+) are welcome, all drop ins must be done in person! Payment by cash or credit card on file. Drop-in fee: $20 (Please bring exact change, instructors are not permitted to carry or give change to participants) Please note that the activity fee displayed is the full cost of the program.
