Red Wine Braised Chicken, Pomme Persillade, Garlic Lemon Kale, Warm Baguette & Crepes Suzette Join us to explore the traditional cuisine, rich history and food culture of this region. Dan can’t wait to see you in the kitchen to cook and enjoy a delicious rustic Italian dinner. London Chef's cooking classes at Sea Cider offer a fun and interactive evening where you cook at your own station along with Chef Dan Hayes. After the cooking is finished, you will enjoy everything you have made at a long-table harvest dinner overlooking the orchard. Whether this is your first visit to Sea Cider, or you are already familiar with this local gem, we can’t wait to spend some time with you in this special setting. Classes start with a guided cider tasting flight featuring 3 of Sea Cider’s delicious award-winning ciders.
