Needle Felted Holiday Garland Amy Vervoort Nov 6 & 13, 2026 3pm - 6pm $150 Plus $50 material fee to be paid to the instructor at the start of class Create a needle felted holiday garland of orange slices, gingerbread cookies, with wet felted cinnamon sticks and cranberries. You will learn the art of needle felting wool incorporating various techniques with a gentle approach. We will explore wet felting with some of our smaller garland parts. All ages are welcome. This needle felting project requires patience as much as technical skill. Needle felting wool is a slow art, often found to be meditative. Felting wool, whether wet felting or needle felting relies heavily on imagination and creativity. We will cover ways to bring your personal experience into your felted wool for a uniquely-yours finished keepsake. Kits will be supplied at an additional $50 cost: which will include a felting foam surface, felting needles, a pair of leather finger protectors, a cookie form, wool for all parts, soap and bubble wrap for wet felting. All classes and workshops are non-refundable. Cancellations made 7 days, or more in advance of the workshop or class date will receive 100% credit. 6 days before class, and no credit will be issued.
