Each session blends cardio, strength training, mobility, and functional movements to deliver a well-rounded workout. Expect a mix of bodyweight exercises, light equipment, and dynamic circuits that improve endurance, build strength, and enhance overall fitness. Modifications are always provided, making it easy to work at your own pace while still being challenged. Held in a fresh-air environment under protective cover, this class combines the benefits of outdoor exercise with shelter from the elements, so you can train comfortably rain or shine. Bring your own mat and water bottle. Ages: 12+.
