Functional interval-based class combining basic athletic cardio on the step & floor with strength and power intervals using body weight and dumbbells for 45 minutes. Efficient and intense workout for those looking to add strength and cardio to their fitness routine. All levels welcome. Drop-ins (ages 15+) are welcome! Drop-in fee: 15$ (Payment by cash or credit card on file.) Please note that the activity fee displayed is the full cost of the program.
