Step2Beat is an Aerobics based classic cardio workout that combines basic stepping movements with choreographed routines set to upbeat music.Sheila's class adds a twist, incorporating strength training for an overall full body workout. This class improves cardiovascular fitness, coordination and lower-body strength, making it a great choice for those looking to enhance their fitness while enjoying a rhythmic workout. The adjustable step platform allows participants to customise the intensity of their workout. Drop-ins (ages 15+) are welcome, all drop ins must be done in person! Payment by cash or credit card on file. Drop-in fee: $20 (Please bring exact change, instructors are not permitted to carry or give change to participants) Please note that the activity fee displayed is the full cost of the program.
