Guided by Tracey Cook Enjoy an evening of gentle movement, mindful breathing, and relaxation surrounded by butterflies, waterfalls, and lush tropical plants. Led by experienced yoga instructor Tracey Cook, Chair Yoga at Victoria Butterfly Gardens is an accessible, beginner-friendly class designed to help you move with ease, improve mobility, and leave feeling refreshed and renewed. Using a chair for support, Tracey guides participants through gentle stretches, mindful breathing, meditation, and flowing movements that can be completed either seated or standing. No yoga experience is necessary, making this class suitable for a wide range of ages and abilities. Following the 60 minute guided practice, you'll have an additional 30 minutes to quietly wander the Gardens after hours and soak in the peaceful atmosphere without the daytime crowds.
