Refund policies

This explains when a charge can be refunded across Intercardinal Exchange. In general, paid placements and promotion days begin as soon as they run, so refunds depend on how far ahead you cancel.

Membership

The Member plan is $30 per month and starts with a 30 day free trial. Cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. Past months are not refunded.

Promotions (per day)

• Each promoted day is $3, billed monthly.
• Cancel a day more than 24 hours before it runs and that day is fully refunded (its charge is removed before it bills).
• Within 24 hours of the day, or once it is running, the day is taken down but still billed.

Featured and Highlighted placements

• Featured ($72): full refund if you cancel more than 72 hours before the slot day; inside 72 hours it is taken down but not refunded.
• Highlighted ($24): full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before the slot day; inside 24 hours it is taken down but not refunded.

Service areas

Each additional community is $6 per month. Removing one applies a prorated credit to your next invoice rather than a cash refund.

Event collection

Event collection starts with a one month free trial. If we are unable to reliably collect events from your website we end the trial and you are not charged. After the trial it is billed monthly; cancel anytime and it stays active until the end of the paid month.
