You can belong to more than one organization on Intercardinal Exchange. If you do, you switch between them with the organization selector.
Each organization has its own dashboard, posts, and billing, so switching changes everything you are working on to that organization.
Tip
Check which organization is selected before you publish, so your post goes out from the right one.
